I was Vice President and Art Director of the University Fashion Group at UT. As Art Director, I was responsible for all media for the club, which meant I designed all of the flyers, annual t-shirts, and designed and created the stage setup for the senior fashion show. I had to handle budget, get creative with materials, and constantly be creating graphic designs since we had flyers for meetings every other week. We also put on local fashion shows or helped out other boutiques or groups with their fashion shows. I was constantly creating and designing in addition to my studies. These are some examples of the graphics I created for the group.
As Vice President, I put together trips to New York and LA Fashion Weeks for a handful of students to help out backstage and in-house for fashion shows. We have worked with many major designers and PR firms which gave us amazing exposure to how the industry is run during the busiest times of the year.
